Sufficient rest and relaxation are as necessary as work for a healthy, happy life. Sleep helps relieve the frustrations and tensions that results in our everyday activities. Most people need six to eight hours of sleep or you can become fatigued and cannot go on with your day properly. Being a Night person will not help early bird gets the worms appointments.
Being able to relax and get away from it all is very important for a healthy body and mind. Reading a Good book, listening to music, watching TV or going for a walk can be of a relaxation, and a change in your pace, allow you to refresh.
Quick Tip: Worry and fear are two emotions that can be injurious to mental health.
Things to help assist you get proper rest.
1. Have discipline when you are visiting social sites. Instead of going from profile to profile or page to page ,log off and enjoy your day.
2. Playing candle crush on your apple or nexus 7 Tablet, trying your best to proceed to the next board. Give it a rest,once you rest up,you will beat that game in no time.
3. Reading books or magazines,can be very relaxing but when those eyes get tired,get some rest.
